I find that blue tinted lights after dark can be very irritating and make me feel worse.
Other types of bright lights do as well.
If I go outside into complete darkness, I usually can calm down much better.
Is this all in my head? This does not happen all the time, but it has happened enough to where I decided to bring it up on here.
I would like to buy some smart bulbs that produce "over a million different colors" just to do an experiment to see if I could find a light that is more soothing.
Unfortunately, they are expensive so I figured I would ask any of you all if you have anything similar to what I have.
If so and you know of some inexpensive bulbs to buy, please let me know.
