Choosing the Right Magnesium?

I heard that glycinate is good but I couldnt find any local store that carried it.

You should be able to find it at local health food store. If not you can always order it from Amazon.

@Zorro! Thanks. I did try one health food store but they didn't have it. I have some citrate here and will finish these up first. Amazon is a good tip..thanks
