Your doing the right thing Grace I went to that club after my T went away by being confident in ear plugs which are no real guarantee and T came back.Ive learnt my lesson and havent been to a club or concert since.I was just 18 at the time so young and naive and nobody to talk to for advice except doctors who had no clue what they were talking about.But I believed them when they said it would be okay as long as I wore earplugs....how wrong they were

Yeah, don't go.

I wish I wouldn't have been so confident in thinking ear plugs would protect me when I went to that show in November, made my very quiet T turn for the worst as well as having H now.

I'm confused with these musician ear plugs. Will they make you safe going to a club or are they as effective as foam ones?

There's no guarantee any set of earplugs will stop your T from increasing. Had I known that a few years ago, I wouldn't be on this forum.

My weekend will consist of watching netflix on my couch with my bf and drinking...will Enjoy that way more then a club anyways
