I was recently diagnosed with cochlear Meniere's and still trying to find things which help the constant tinnitus.
One thing that I found which provided immediate relief was the tympanometry test (pressure test) performed when visiting the ear doctor. The Dr. said that was a sign that the issue was with the middle ear.
Has anyone found that as well??
Any other suggestions on things that may provide relief? I have not found the typical diet restrictions (low salt etc) having much of an impact.
Thanks!
