Confused About What I Have

hey all,

i try to monitor the last week what problems i have but i still dont know what i have and i really like to know
i know i have mild tinnitus for over 2 years now
i have fluttering in my ears of high pitched sounds and my own voice
i get discomfort when my girlfriend talks loud (not always) i can stand loud noise when im in city
at my home i get anxienty of certain unexpected sounds
i have tension in my ears, cheek,neck

can please someone say i have hyperacusis or not or other symtomps ?
