Recently I do lots of strenuous exercises like jumping jacks every day. But I found sometimes when I did these sports, I could hear some sounds like "click" from my head!! Very short but clear.

Does anyone have same experiences? Is this related to our tinnitus?

I'm here.

When you say a "click" does it sound like it's coming fro one ear in particular or is it non-localized?

Oh, and when asking a question, you will most likely have to wait longer than 10 minutes before getting a reply.

I have the same thing except it's usually on the right side of my head/ear. I don't swallow or yawn etc when it happens.

Some people notice a change in T due to excercise which involves stomping your feet, the movement causes your body to shake and eventually that goes to your ears. Jumping Jacks might be to explosive for you now. Why don't you try a different excercise and see if you still have the click?

Sounds like it could be your Eustachian tubes or maybe some wax hitting your ear drum. Could also possibly be a reaction from your tensor tympani muscle, but it's more likely one of the other two.

It's hard to know what you mean by a click sound. Initially I presumed you meant it was coming from your ear, but if you're speaking generally, then yes it could be many things. Are you in any pain? If not then I wouldn't overly worry about it. If it's really bothering you then it would be best to go and get assessed by a Dr and see what they think.

@ChineseHazel Yes. It sounds like either from ear or where the jaw goes up into the ear area. There are other threads about exercise and this thing.
If you try to do the jumping jacks with your mouth wide open, does it still happen?
