Cause of Tinnitus
possibly an arachnoid granulation. A twist in a vein/ artery
My tinnitus is a very high-pitched shriek that pulses with my heartbeat, sometimes more intensely than at other times. An MRI revealed an arachnoid granulation as a possible cause. However, the specialist in New Zealand said it would be too dangerous to place a stent.

I started taking 10 mg of Nortriptyline three days ago. It has helped me sleep somewhat, but I wonder if it has made the tinnitus even worse.

I also experience tingling in my scalp and feet at night, along with very weak legs.

Does anyone else have an arachnoid granulation along with a high-pitched tinnitus tone?
