Okay hello everyone had a bit of a panic attack earlier after doing my breathing exercises I did something stupid and began blowing air with my mouth and nose covered by my T shirt

It was only for a few seconds so I know not a lot of damage could be done but could this really cause my T to spike ?

No but a panic attack of course could lead to a temporary spike. Just relax you'll be fine as soon as you come down. Do whatever calms you down, go for a walk or take a hot bath, watch a movie, anything that calms your nerves should help the spike settle down again.

I agree with @seal.
If you are hyperventilating Try blowing in a paper bag slow to the count of three .
.....lots of love glynis
