When I viewed all your lab results, a parasite (protozoan) - Blastocystis hominis could be determined, but I don't see any other concerns from last lab. As also mentioned in the Mayo link, it's probably from a water source. Wash hands and fingers before contact with mouth because you have an acceptance.

Your earlier labs sent by PM showed other infections and issues of jaw infection that affected your maxillary sinus would be high on a list of considerations. Glad to see that situation resolved, where it also resolved other stuff that you mentioned. Tests needed to show cannabis-intake were not given by you to me.

@Greg Sacramento i wrote you a while back but not sure if my comment didn't go through. I know this is an unrelated post but could you please advise where you managed to find a silent MRI in the Northern California Area? I've been searching for several months now with no luck.
