A new app was just released at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on 1/9/2019. Developers in France developed Diapason and it helps attenuation. Here is an article about it. Hopefully they will come out with an English version. In the meantime, I'm using what little French I know to use the app. Very interesting techniques...
