Diplacusis Dysharmonica: Struggling with Pitch Perception Issues After Noise Exposure

I developed this issue a few years ago after exposure to loud noise where my right ear perceives certain notes or frequencies as slightly sharper in pitch compared to my left ear. I've already been living with tinnitus for over ten years which I've learned to cope with, but this new condition has been much harder for me to come to terms with especially as I used to be a musician.

Does anyone know of any treatments or research into this problem? It's difficult to stay hopeful as this issue seems rare and there's very little information available online. Even here I haven't been able to find anything on the Dysharmonica part of Diplacusis.

The only thing I feel somewhat optimistic about is the potential for ear hair cell regeneration if that ever becomes a reality. Although It's probably unlikely to happen within my lifetime who knows.
