- Cause of Tinnitus
- Blowing nose/ears popping
Hi all
I've been increasingly confident in the past few weeks that I've got TTTS to some degree. I have many of the typical symptoms (eardrum fluttering and spasms, fullness in ears, TMJ related ear popping and jaw cracking, occasional vertigo) in addition to tinnitus and dysacusis.
However, I had an MRI done several months ago inside the ear that didn't detect anything of the sort.
Is TTTS something that is easily identifiable with MRI testing or not? Not sure what to do about it beyond the treatment I'm getting for TMJ to begin with, but it would be nice to know whether I'm justified in still believing it to be the cause of my symptoms.
Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
