Been listening to what this guy has to say, and it sure seems to make sense.
His You Tube channel is worth a few minutes of your time. He's not really selling anything.

I like the advice to void sugar, salt and 'needy' people.

He does go say elsewhere that most people with new T are a bit desperate and 'needy' thought and thats perfectly understandable. We are in Panic mode.

Literally the head wasp you cant swat !

I like Julian Cowan Hill, I find him quite calming and have posted some of his videos on here in the past. In fact, he is a member here and started a thread once.

Kelvin - thanks for this item.
The guy is great; keeping calm, and practicing relaxation are the best things we can do.
Truly helpful messages on here.

Of course it does; when we're in a fear state the adrenal response is to crank up the intensity of all of our perception because that's an evolutionary trick that has enabled us to survive in an extremely dangerous and unforgiving world. It's not that fear makes things seem brighter and louder -- it actually makes them so. Pupils dilate, respiration increases, thoughts become more rapid.

Being locked in a chronic state of that kind of arousal is really, really bad for you. Finding your way out of it once you're there can be incredibly difficult.

I also like much of what Julian has to say.

Hi guys - I have just ordered JKH's book,
"Tinnitus - from Tyrant to Friend."
I'll let you know how I get on......
