Has anyone notice that physical activity worsens your Tinnitus? When I get up in the morning my Tinnitus isn't bad but after I walk my dog for a mile it gets bad and if I have a physical active day it's pretty bad at night and I have to take a Lorazepam. So has anyone notice this?

Yep, same with me. Seems pretty common. My T is from head / neck trauma, and not my ears. I suspect something touching up against my auditory system. Maybe increased blood flow to an inflamed muscle. Overall, I feel exercise is good for me.

Do you know the cause of your T? If I put an ice pack on the back of my neck, it seems to settle it down. Also, warm showers seem to help -- maybe they relax the muscles or something.

Yes mate, but only temporary it's because of the blood flow being pumped around the body I wouldn't worry about it to much it's good to get the body working and for your for the mind exercise is good for t.

Yeah , The sound just changes and tinnitus worsens during a physical activity . When I was playing my soccer game ,it became heard to focus after the first half ! The tinnitus just spiked up !!

How long does it take you for the tinnitus to get better after physical activity. For me it takes a couple of hours but now I'm afraid to walk my dog, yard and house work and even going to the store and shopping for grocery's.
