Ear Scab?

This struck me as odd today. When I got out of the shower I noticed a dark dot in my ear. I simply grabbed it and looked at it. It was a small scab.

I don't understand where it would've come from, as I didn't have any cuts in my ear.

Do you have a concern? Could it cause ear infection?

It's just that I have no ear cuts that I'm aware of. I checked all over. This was like a loose scab that was in my ear after I got out of the shower. Almost as if it came from the ear canal. I don't know. Odd.
