Hi guys,
It's been a little over a year since I developed sound sensitivity in my ears.
Like many of you, I seem to have the problem of certain frequencies after a noise trauma accident involving an ambulance.
Little over a week ago, I went on holiday and since then (for whateever reason) , have felt that car brakes in particular feel louder than usual. This also applies to trains though..
I don't know if it means I have gotten worse but it's a weird situation, as I do not have any tinnitus, or ear pain from these noises they just feel louder ..
They can sometimes make me jump at a certain frequency too and do seem louder than usual. Almost uncomfortable .
Have I entered the dreaded barrier of hyperacusis?
Thoughts much appreciated
Tom
