Hi everyone,

Just looking for recommendations for protective earplugs for small ears?

I have really small ears (the only earphones that fit in my ears, prior to tinnitus onset of course, were the white iPhone ones). Regular foam ones are too big.

I've been looking at the Alpine PartyPlug but seen a few reviews saying people struggled to get them in. They wouldn't be for regular use, maybe 5-6 hours a week.

Thanks in advance!

Foam earplugs should be twisted into a thin, small shape so that they can expand inside your ear canals. I have tiny ear canals and use Howard Leight earplugs, the ones colored neon yellow and hot pink.

These are the right size for me. Can I buy them or similar slim earplugs in Black colour for discreet use?
