My Hypnotherapy practitioner pointed out to me EFT (emotional freedom techniques or EFT tapping), tapping meridian points while training your thoughts. Anyone had any success with this, seems way out, but when you Google it quite a bit out there.
I learned EFT in the anxiety toolkit classes I took but it never did much for me. I prefer autogenic relaxation and the deep breathing meditations I also learned. Don't go by me though because my therapist really liked it.
There are a few EFT podcasts on iTunes that are free.
