I went eleven days with silence, not a bit of high pitch. This morning I woke to headache and the tinnitus started. It's been spiked all day and into the evening.

And I thought is it gone?

This can happen (from what I have read here). I would take the fact that you got to experience silence as a good sign. I hope your next break is even longer.

If you had silence for that long, before, I'd guess that you will again, and I hope it's very soon.

Hi. That is the way mine started about a month ago. I woke up with a headache and a high pitch sound like the one you can hear on old tv sets. And the headache lasted 1 week. And the buzz is steel here. I ended up on the neurologist and ct scanned my brain and found nothing. Also ear Dr. And my hearing is almost perfect ..... when I press my teeth the volume of the buzz doubles or triples..... so my guess is that is pressure housing this... maybe csf pressure..... any comments are apreciated

Do you remember doing anything drastic the evening before? How was your sleeping posture?

I press my teeth the volume of the buzz doubles or triples.....

What do you think of my hypothesis about treating this like a broken jaw?
