Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, Help?! Is This Normal?

so I have had ETD on and off for approx. 1 year, and it had always been a whooshing noise I hear. And this episode (began about 9 days ago) I've heard the whooshing some days, and a ringing/cricket noise others, and some days both. Is that normal? For the sound you hear to change like that?! I don't see my ENT until tomorrow and it's worrying me a little bit

Are you sure thats ETD?
I have ETD and it's usually a crackling/ crunching / popping noise whenever I swallow in both ears or left or right etc...

Pretty common for T I think but perhaps not etd. Any road don't worry, ENT will check it out for you.
