Out of fear, I don't want to wear headphones when I run anymore. Has anyone found a wearable speaker that straps to your body somewhere and either connects via bluetooth or headphone jack to iPod or iPhone? Thanks!

I don't want to be a killjoy @garywi Whilst it's not good to wear any type of headphone and listen to music even at low volume in my opinon. It is also not a good idea to "run" on hard ground or on a treadmill if you have tinnitus, as it can get progressively louder and make it permanent. Some people are not affected but many people in this forum have noticed their tinnitus becoming louder after running. Much better to use a crosstrainer/elliptical machine, as the feet aren't coming into contact with the ground and sending impact up through the body.
Please click on the link below to read where tests have been carried out on people with tinnitus and running.

I had not heard of this. I run 3x a week for 30 minutes. I did high impact aerobics 30 years ago and know what a pounding that is, but I don't see the little run I do as a pounding exercise. I could be wrong?
