Today I got exposed to a firetruck driving through the road while I was in a parking lot outside my car with no hearing protection. I was about 24-25 meters (around 80 feet) away from the fire truck and I was exposed to the firetruck siren for a few seconds while I tried to plug my ears with my fingers.

My ears kind of hurt hours later.

I just want to know how loud are those darn firetrucks and if I have any permanent hearing damage?

if I have any permanent hearing damage
You don't have any permanent hearing damage. Nevertheless, sometimes incidents like that result in permanent tinnitus spikes. Having said that, most spikes are temporary (temporary spikes can last for over 3 months, but usually begin fading after a month or less).
Update: I have a very faint ringing in my ears, it's been less than 24 hours.
If you haven't experienced a major increase in volume right after the incident or when you woke up the next day, there is no reason to worry about it.
