Cause of Tinnitus
Likely due to fluid in ears, and then it just stuck around.
Anyone else have their tinnitus acting up a bit with all the extreme cold and wind chill in the northeast USA?

Even sitting inside, after the heat turns off, my ears feel a bit chilly. Wearing my winter hat now and tinnitus is acting annoyed in general.. lol

Hey

Just saw that you had T from fluid in the ear. Did the fluid dissolve on it's own?

I used flonase to get rid of it over the course of about 2 weeks. I'm not sure the fluid was the primary cause but it sure didn't help. My T definitely decreased after the fluid was gone, although I do still have it my good and bad days w/ T. Just par for the course with T I guess.

Mine has been a bit more intense than normal for the past four days or so. I've attributed it to the cold, I don't know what else it could be, we've been having sub-zero nights here and the air is very, very dry. Things should warm up in another few days... We'll see if it helps the tinnitus or if it is unrelated at that point.
