Many here have told their habituation stories have started with 'F**k tinnitus' turning point attitude in their mind. This reminded me of a book I read recently. It's called F**k it and here's it's description. It's a good book and can probably help many of us here. :)

Saying F**k It is like massage for the mind - relaxing you, releasing tension, giving up on things that aren't working. Just starting to say F**k It can transform your life. Saying F**k It feels good - to stop struggling and finally do what you fancy; to ignore what everyone's telling you and go your own way. John C. Parkin argues that saying F**k It is a spiritual act: That it is the perfect western expression of the eastern ideas of letting go, giving up and finding real freedom by realising that things don't matter so much (if at all). This is the Fuck It way.

I do that with lot of books, even if I got CD 's on T music and sounds, and someone locally say there struggling with T and anxiety.normally I've got spare floating around I've collected like we do.Do a good turn,It's got its rewards, that's my belief to life.

Worth checking out. I am gonna order it. Thanks @SoundWave. I agree; saying f***it can indeed be a spiritual act. Kind of the cousin to acceptance.

If there's a fellow T sufferer in Finland who wants to read this book, I can pass it along. It's a good idea to share this book after reading :)

Here i am. (täällä ollaan, in Finnish). Cant wait to receive my order, it was marked posted yesterday. Mean while... F with these ear problems!

Gee,...I've been saying, "F**k It" for decades; never realizing until now that it was an indication of just how spiritually advanced I am....:D

@Sound Wave I know that you set the book to me, but because of me moving temporarily from place to another the book is probably stuck at the post office. I am so sorry that you went through all this trouble because of me and because of me being so careless with the notice for the post office, some of my mail I still "on the way". :arghh::eek:
F##### it! I just want to say that thank you for being so kind! I would really badly need that book, last weekend was not so nice.I need some attitude!
