Anyone here watched the Fear Street movies?

I'm trying, but TV is always so cloudy no matter what I do.

And how could forget my very first horror movie, "The Evil Dead" (1981).

I had nightmares for a long period after seeing it.

I watched the first one. I didn't like it at all. I thought the characters were annoying as hell, and the acting was bad.

I'm not sure what you mean by the TV being cloudy?

Loved the Evil Dead movies, so much fun :D

Got a few other suggestions for film fans:

House (1977)
Candyman (1997)
Pulse (2001)
The Innkeepers (2011)
The Church (1989)

"The Witch - A New England Folktale"?
Yeah, I liked a lot. Needed to watch it twice to fully appreciate it.

That's part of the fun!

It always looks washed out, and dark scenes always have weird blurry, cloudy colors. Cartoons and video games look great. It's only live action stuff. :( I've tried everything.

Has anyone here watched Re-Animator? :X3: That's a yearly Halloween treat for me.

Sorry to hear that. I also have all sorts of visual disturbances and know how it sucks, but when watching dark/horror movies I don't notice it that much, even though everything I see has a slight grey cloudiness and blurriness to it, but I am mostly habituated to that. It's the floaters that are hell for me.

The scariest movie I have watched is Ju-On (Japanese horror movie). The American remake The Grudge is also great but is less horrifying than the original one.

Irreversible. Not horror, but disturbing.

The Last House on the Left.
These ones are too much for me. Too real.

Night of The Living Dead, though? That's fun. (Especially the public domain, black and white original.)

I also have a love for The Friday The 13th movies.

Has anyone seen Ready or Not? :p Saw that with a friend and we both laughed our asses off.

Well for me to enjoy a horror movie it has to be either very good or very bad... so bad that it's actually good :)
