Yeah, spending an hour or so in the pool/jacuzi seems to have a massive effect on calming down my T.
The super hi brain T turns into a milder eeee T almost every time.
Down by 50% volume wise but probably the annoyance is cut by 90%.
I am not swimming around, just sitting in the pool , listening to water sounds and relaxing.

Also, while in the pool , I feel completely T free, even though its just for a while...its heaven.

Never have I found anything else that has such a direct and obvious effect on my T.
No desperate pattern seeking here , I have done this for a few months now so there is no doubt.

Not a cure , but man can this save my day , If I had the discipline and time to go every morning I would be so much better.

Maybe when you're not in the pool or Jacuzzi you can meditate and take your mind back to that feeling of relaxation, see if that helps. Anyway, that's great news, so glad that something is finally helping you.

Everyone with severe T on this forum now goes online to find a Jacuzzi dealer in their area :D

Is that 50% reduction while you're swimming of afterwards? If after, how long?

Nice :)

For how long does the effect last?

I started to visit a welness center a few months ago, it also helps me a lot! Expecially after for a few days. I don't think my T reduces but my mental strength becomes much better. Have been there every week since.. ;)

And because my mental strength becomes better my perception of my T becomes milder.. I guess that's happening. Beside that, it feels so good to be naked in a warm pool or hottub/sauna.. hehe
No phone, nothing to worry about. Just relax!

That's so interesting - it's totally the opposite for me ! Any shower, bath and ( as I discovered lately ) swimming pool escalates my T like hell, even if it's a quiet day and even if I don't swim and just lay on a matress , moving my arms from time to time to push off from the poolsides - after my whole head is buzzing :/ Relaxing worsens my T, great :/ but in your case that means that maybe other relaxation forms could do similar wonders to you - youa, sophrology , meditation ?
