Hi Guys,
This has helped me a ton:
https://enttech.com.au/products/flo-sinus-care-kit/
And:
- - - - Tip - - - -
1. Buy anti-inflammatory cream like Hydrocortisone and anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole. Mix it with the water, then use both the ear and the nasal cleaner. Try one at a time or both.
2. Buy nasal sprays, mix with water and use for the nasal cleaner.
I've experimented with both 1 and 2 and they have both helped.
(1) has helped to the point where my ears make a zing noise and then pressure is released from my ear / jaw. The tinnitus then goes for a bit, then kind of comes in and out. This has worked far better than any nasal spray, medication (Ginkgo biloba, Magnesium, NAC, Selenium, etc) or TMJ exercise.
(2) helped move the tinnitus down about 15 %.
I've only started this today but decided to post because I couldn't believe how much it has helped.
My theory was that inner ear / Eustachian tube is made up of skin so why not use an anti-inflammatory skin cream but liquefy it. Get it in there.
