Going to set up an appointment (hope he takes my insurance).
But do they really help? What sort of thing can I expect from a specialist?
Am I best of just trying things from here?
I saw my doc who prescribed me with Ambian sleeping tablets on the nights I struggle. Haven't taken one yet, as I'm not a big pill fan, but as a last resort to getting to sleep, I'll take one.
I'm also taking notes of how bad my T is each day, and it seems to get worse by evening. maybe it's because my ears are worn out after being used during the day?
It's so annoying. I sometimes get a distorting noise when speaking on the phone. My T is a horrible high pitch noise in both ears.
So how have others found the experts?
