I was just curious if anyone in here has ever had a Ketamine injection and if so, what it felt like afterward.

I also wanted to know if it has an effect on tinnitus.

If you have tinnitus, I'd stay as far away from ketamine as possible. This also goes for any form of stimulant, including caffeine and nicotine. In my admittedly limited experience, any substance that significantly raises blood pressure and/or contracts blood vessels will aggravate tinnitus symptoms, if not make them permanently worse. Every case is different, of course, but I think this aspect is well worth discussing with your ENT. Best wishes to you.

AM101 if that counts. It didn't do a whole lot, although it did seem to get rid of the fleeting tinnitus I would occasionally get. It's been over a year now since my last injection, and that effect seems to have worn off.

Ketamine is a tranquilizer, not a stimulant.

IV ketamine regimens are not really comparable to anything else discussed here; the idea is to trigger some kind of neurogenic reaction in several brain regions. The chemistry is very similar to AM101 as a molecule, but the delivery and intent are very different.

Have you done it? I know you talked about trying it at some point.
