I was just going to post about this! I started KETO this week and unfortunately it made my T worse. I stopped doing it and it went back down to baseline. That being said there are people that say that keto made it better or it stayed the same so I think it's different for everyone.

In my opinion when the body is on a died he becomes shocked and as it goes into survive mode all of your senses becomes very amplified. Event people without tinnitus as they go on a died usually they become more jumpy/nervous. So perception of tinnitus should go off the roof.
