Cause of Tinnitus
DJing
One of the hardest symptoms I have is intense muscle tenseness in my head - especially in my left temple and left frontal skull just above my forehead (left side is my tinnitus side). Almost as soon as I wake up, my muscles contract and just tend to stay that way all day. It's pretty miserable and one of the main things I find most difficult in terms seeing through to a world where tinnitus doesn't bother me.

Does anyone or has anyone else experienced this chronically and has success in dealing?

Thank you.

You should try physiotherapy. It can help with T if it is due to neck tension, etc
