Headphones Recommendations for DIY Neuromodulation

Hello,

I'm planning to try home made neuromodulation based on this link:

I don't give myself much hope as my tinnitus is now reactive, but I want to try after I've noticed my tinnitus sometimes calms after listening to this:


What headphones would you recommend good for neuromodulation and general music/stuff listening that are good for ears? Of course safe levels of sound goes without saying. Does anyone have good experience with a specific type or model?
