Hello everyone,
I've only had this high pitch tinnitus for the past two weeks. At first I was really pissed off because I almost always have worn ear plugs to concerts. But this time around the plan was sort of improvised and I didn't had any plugs at hand... long story short now I have this very loud buzzing that won't go away. It is very loud and wakes me up at 5am when the whole neighborhood is quiet.
What I tried at first was masking the noise with the TV until I fell asleep, but my wife was starting to get really upset about this. After four days of the Tinnitus I tried herbal chamomile infusion to some small success and for the last two days I've added cannabis to my dinner to help me achieve deeper sleep with a better degree of success when combined with the chamomile.
Even so, the loud noise wakes me up at 5am no matter what, so I've just started going to bed early. I guess it's a healthier sleeping habit anyway, but I can't help to wonder if it will ever get better for me, I'm so stressed I even yelled at one of my students, and I'm starting to fail as an event producer due to the constant noise.
I got here while researching for references to the "snake-oil" offers around the web. And joined because I know for a fact that being in a community does help somehow. I'll welcome any suggestions you may have. I'm just glad I found you all.
