Tinnitus Since
20 years
Cause of Tinnitus
Military
Thought I would look into ways to reduce and live with my tinnitus.

I did 20 years in the military service and did some damage to my ears.

Tinnitus was manageable but has gotten worse over the last few years.

Plan to see a hearing doctor in the next few weeks.

I am trying to learn a new language and concentration has become almost impossible.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

@Msgtret I have great respect to veterans. Thank you for your service to the country.
Please take good care of your tinnitus. It needs long term effort to tread carefully through it.
If any questions or help, please feel free to let us know.

@Michael Leigh Thank you so much !

Hello Msgtret I am new to the Tinnitus world (only a month in) and in that time I have learned a couple of things. This forum is a really, really good source of information, support and advice. When it gets bad it is never fun, especially at the start. Hope, and the realization that this is workable and managable and really important. There are others like Bill and Michael above that have a lot of really good information so I recomend you followup on the sites they recommended. Best of luck.
