Help for Anxiety and Panic Sufferers: At Last a Life by Paul David

I see a lot of people on here struggling with anxiety and panic attacks.

For those who suffer with these mental problems I can totally recommend "At Last a Life " by Paul David, available as a book or eBook and even has an app.

It helped me tremendously through the first months of despair. This small book was the only thing that got me out of the anxiety circle and hypochondriac behaviour and the list of things I tried is a very long one.

It's not a book about tinnitus but as we all know tinnitus is aggravated by anxiety so definitely worth reading it.

It costs around 14 pounds but for the ones who can't afford it you can get help by reading his website as well.

Every book on anxiety can be summed up in a few words.

CBT?
Invite it to do its worse?
Distraction?
