Help, Still No Diagnosis

Long story short, my tinnitus started randomly in Spanish class, right ear started ringing loudly and was muffled then died down but ringing stayed. No loud noise exposure, just learning how to conjugate verbs lol.
Symptoms I've had since then:

-Obviously tinnitus, ringing and hissing going on at same time, not terrible high pitch but not low either
-Fatigue no matter how much good sleep I get
-Jaw has locked once
-Vision has gotten noticeably more blurry since T
-No hearing loss on the 8khz, but it could be above so I'm not ruling that out
-Headaches every morning
- tenderness around jaw joint
-weird ear pain that kind of throbs then goes away, only lasts for a few seconds

Anyone have any ideas? My ears are clean from wax, my ENT said probably the high frequency hearing loss and give it 6 months(2 months in at the moment) and he didn't do much. Primary care was more helpful, he's asking around the doctors (I'm only 15) and I'm getting blood work done to test for thyroid issues. I'm slowly losing hope here guys, any thoughts?
