I don't know if it helps, but why not try that?

Can you translate the ingredients of your tea into English? I tried using Google Translate but it didn't seem to work too well.

For anyone interested, this is the english/latin translation of herbs:
Common Nettle, Goldenrod, Silver birch, Viola tricolor, Galeopsis speciosa, Polygonum aviculare, Puzzlegrass, Yarrow, Filipendula.
But I don't know which part of the herb they used.

And I myself recommend camomile and elderberry tea.
