Hi to all again!!
I have been experiencing tinnitus (a very low pitch) in both ears, since I went to a rock concert. First month was a horrible path to walk. I was in denial.
Time has passed, and I have been feeling better emotionally, since I have been doing yoga, meditation. I think my brain is just adjusting and getting habituated to the tinnitus.
And I'm here to give support and get support for and from all you people that are here to share support and important information about the condition and all the new studies that are being made.
There is hope!!
