Cause of Tinnitus
Headaches and panic attack
I've had tinnitus approx 2 months, the measures made by me is frequency 12-14 khz in two ears, I had the tinnitus after one likely hypertensive crisis. In my crisis had a little dizziness, headache after that day began tinnitus, I'm treating hypertension with a daily medicine recommended by a cardiologist, but my tinnitus is not improving.

I do not have hearing loss below 13.5 KHz (I am 38 years), my tinnitus is variable intensity and probably also in frequency, rarely have pain in the ears.

My blood tests are normal, my doubt is too high blood pressure caused damage to the ears and can improve?

Rafael give it time it is a slow process but after about 7 months for me it started getting better. Not fully recovered but I can function now .Once you get back to living and not focusing on T some days it will seem to completely go away . You just get used to it it's called habituation .

Do you have good and bad days?

Yes, variation on the same day more frequent. Yesterday I felt pain in two ears, a few times the ears covered.

I have done impedance testing, not accused problem

BTW: In the past had tinnitus along with headaches, but when the headache ended, tinnitus ended.

the location of your headache?

I have been wondering if blood pressure and tinnitus are related. I too have tinnitus above 13khz. It's loudest when I wake up in the morning. I read or blood pressure changes in the morning or something like that. Not sure. But wondering if they are related . maybe blood sugar as well

Possible. Try getting super-fit and exercise on a daily basis (if you aren't already). With fitness comes good eating, health and sleep. Thats the best natural remedy IMO.

...but probably best to get a medical check-up first.
