The best is to ignore it as a bump on the road of recovery, which are doing so well. Think of it as a little price you pay for enjoying yourself. Of course take all things in moderation. A healthy life style will be beneficial to your body and your T. But it is ok to once a while indulge in ourselves, and if it means T will spike for a while, be it.
