Yesterday, I wanted to get up but miscalculated (I'm clumsy with these side walls) and hit my head on the side wall. It was so hard that I stumbled and fell on my butt.

I have/had a headache afterwards and went to lie down for the rest of the day. But my tinnitus has been loud ever since and I am so worried it won't subside again.

My tinnitus is noise-induced, but I always hear horror stories about head injury tinnitus that never goes away.

Do I have to expect a permanent spike? Anyone else had a similar experience?

Hi there, how did it go, did your tinnitus improve?

I hit my head in a similar way last night, and it has spiked my tinnitus quite a lot.

Thank you.
