Cause of Tinnitus
loud sound or too much MSG foods
I am here to enquire that, honey does help us to fall asleep more easily, but it contains sugar which is considered as bad for tinnitus. Will honey make the T worse?

I find a small amount of honey to be beneficial. Usually take it in a lukewarm drink with ginger and lime juice. Sometimes a bit with porridge. Too much may affect tinnitus.

I find that taking honey DOES WORSEN tinnitus. Sad, but it does. Also chunk cheeses do as well...strange I know, but for me, these items do worsen my tinnitus.

Pure honey? Exactly what are you talking about?

Only buy pure honey from a farm. It's in the health section or go to a health food store.
