Cause of Tinnitus
Still unknown... possibly noise exposure?
Just wanted to post and ask how many people have tried having a nice hot bath to help with their T.

I just treated myself to a 20 minute bath with some Epsom salt that the massage place gives out after every massage. I had my head really close to the water with my ears submerged for maybe 5 to 10 mins, with my head under the water for a short time also. I think it reduced my T a bit. Right after I got out it was a definite 2 or 3. I'm going to have to repeat this procedure tomorrow and see how that goes.

I also observed T decrease while takich a hot bath in a tub, sometime after hot bath T diminises for a couple of minutes to 0 or close to 0. The same I observe after an hour ride on a bike. Does anyone have an idea what to relate this effect to? Maybe indeed it relates to blood vessels and could be achieved with some medications as well? What do you think?

Maybe gingko, but its never had that effect on me.

The EPSOM SALT is Excellent ! ..as i've recently discovered

I'm talking the next day, when you wake up ..then throughout the whole next day !

..not just anything temporary from being under hot water
