How Can I Habituate to a Beeping Tinnitus Noise? What Can I Do to Stop the Beeping?

Hi, I have had tinnitus for a month now and I am freaking out.

I prayed it was due to earwax as my doctor did say I had some but today the doctor said my ear was clean, but the noise is still present.

I could habituate to my initial sound but for the past 3 days there is a beeping noise and I can't habituate to that. I feel helpless and quite honestly, also suicidal.

Please help, what can I do to stop the beeping?

I'm only 19 and feel like my life is over.

Something usually causes tinnitus and typically it is noise induced. Before the tinnitus did you listen to music frequently through headphones, earbuds? Did you wear a headset regularly? Did you listen to loud music at home, in the car or go to places where loud music is played? If yes to any of my questions then you probably have noise induced tinnitus. It gets better, just give it time! At first I felt like you but its better now, it's horrible at first but things will improve! Xx
