No matter what I do (rest/exercise/work/sleep), what I eat or what I don't, my T is always a constant. It is becoming difficult to find out what is good/bad for my T since neither I get any spikes nor any improvements. It has been a constant low pitch buzzing for 5 weeks now!

Any tips on how to tackle the above scenario?

Sounds like yours isn't reactive. I agree with Linearb, I envy that too. The fact my T is so inconsistent makes it harder to habituate to.

I'd say if you have to have T then that's a good thing. It's harder to get used to something that constantly changes. Also, it means you don't have to worry about avoiding things like certain foods, drinks, exercise, etc

The sooner you stop searching for things that will make your T go away, the sooner you will start to find those moments where you forget you have T. Those moments will only increase over time. Then you will be on the path to habituation.

Thank you guys for all the inputs. I think I poked the bear a little too soon. Just experienced my first spike. The volume has notably increased as I complete 6 weeks of T! :(
Just trying to stay calm and mask it while I pray it ends soon!

Do you mean your T does not fluctuate? As in after nap or after sleep it can increase for no reason kind of thing?
