How do you not waste the "good days"

I give thanks and go about doing my stuff. If I am at home, I lie down and savour the peace so as to remind myself that quiet days are possible and will still be possible.

I remind myself to take it one day at a time when I start to think that this quiet day is just an interlude in the whole orchestral performance.

Sorry to hear it's back screaming again bro!! Sucks!! Habitation is a bitch, but real and can/will happen!! Lots of pot holes. And roadblocks along the way for sure! I hope you get some more "good days" soon!!! And enjoy them when they happen!!! I pray for just an hour without my T!! It set in screaming loud and high pitch on Oct 1 2012, and hasn't stopped/eased one bit since then! Not one minute. I pray for good days for all of us!!

Hang in there man and you'll get there!!!!

Yeah...this is what tortures me a lot , when I get better days which only just recently started to happen I instinctively start to think "It's getting better" even though I know full well that it's just planning a big comeback.

I can't help it ?

Its 6:31AM in the northeast. Snow's starting to pick the pace but this marks morning number 2 with only baseline T so it's sunny and warm in my head. Since I pretty much ate all the wrong foods last night watching the Broncos get their asses handed to them, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say diet isnt a factor.

SALT, SALT, SALT ... is the only trigger for me that i have found so far ... i never ate spicy food before t anyway, and sweet things don't touch it ...
