How long have you had your TTS?My TTS has inexplicably subsided of late.
Ah yea Just scared of the addiction..I still take a benzo from time to time thoughValium is said to stop painful Tensor spasms, mind you it's not something you'd want to rely on but if they get bothersome it's always an option.
Worked for me.
What's wrong with your parents? How long has the wave lastedMy vote is putting in an order for different parents but unfortunately, that requires time travel which like a cure for tinnitus hasn't been invented yet. My TTS has inexplicably subsided of late. Will probably come back but I'm riding the wave right now. Honestly, TTS doesn't bother me much...mine tends to be intermittent in nature and seemingly tied to ETD...or I believe so...perhaps even related to an allergy flair up and blocked ET....only affects my right ear.
Lol I eat Valium cereal for breakfast, two bowls if its been a rough nightAh yea Just scared of the addiction..I still take a benzo from time to time though

Same as what's wrong with yours. You may be in denial but there is a genetic component to tinnitus. Not all environment and self abuse causes it. Two people, same environment over a long period of time, one with tinnitus and one without. What's wrong with your parents? How long has the wave lasted
I have no idea how to stop tensor tympani spasms.
If you figure out how, please let me know.
How is the vibration these days?I have nonstop spasming inside my ears. I wore earplugs today and could hear and feel the pop pop sounds. Is this TTTS? It starts up as the tinnitus is getting intense.
Did you ever find a way to treat the spams?Ye I figured it out in the end. Opiates make it go away. But I don't really like taking them? Like I'm embarrassed to feel better. (must be some kinda religional shame thing)
Even the Tensor Tympani muslce spasm was good for a month or something..I didn't have it at all! Then it came back.
I have zero anxiety or anything, my T dosnt bother me at all, no more hyperacusis. It is just the tensor tympani bongo that is just annoying. Not even anxiety-inducing or anything, just plain annoying
In the past I could get rid of the TTTS if I drove a car for a while lol. But now it doesn't help anymore
Only thing that I've found to help is painkillers but I don't like taking them.
Have you found anything to help stop this spasming?
