I feel utterly hopeless these days but I try to play video games to help me get a little of a break when I concentrate. I feel so jealous of others that can experience silence. I use to be a stoner but I cant enjoy it/anything anymore, I feel dull

Other then bowling, writing, taking photos, artwork IT is pretty strange the way my tinnitus is sometimes trigger at bowling though, must be the acustics in the same bowling arena, I bowl with the greatest bowling team, my family
