Hyperacusis in ONE Ear Only??

Also I have tinnitus & hyperacusis in one ear only, the other is deaf but no tinnitus & hyperacusis.

I'm looking for ways to make the deaf ear the same way the ear that has tinnitus & hyperacusis.

My situation is opposite yours. Tinnitus and hyperacusis is in my deaf ear.
