"We want to know the ideas, questions and experiences that you have about hyperacusis. Your responses to the survey will help us to list questions about hyperacusis that you would like answered through research."

Please complete the survey NOW!

We need people with lived experience of hyperacusis, including adults or children experiencing hyperacusis, and parents, carers, teachers, members of the public and healthcare professionals who work with and support those who experience hyperacusis to help us identify the Top 10 "unanswered" questions that research should target.

Everyone can take part! We want ideas and questions about hyperacusis from people with different experiences and backgrounds.

For some reason I am getting "Error 503 first byte timeout". I got it the first time I clicked on the link. I tried again and it worked, I got to the survey. But then after completing the first page, and going to the next and what seems to be the last page, I could not get any further. When I clicked the Next button I got the same error message again.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Does anyone else have this problem? I will keep trying until I succeed in submitting the survey.

@Markku

I'm getting a bad gateway error. There are a few questions I would like to see asked to see if there is a correlation.

From bad to really bad! Survey monkey is having a break down.

Those that still have problems with the survey can check back later.

The latest news is (3 hours ago):
"The current site issues are still being worked on but be assured that all hands are on deck to have the Website up as soon as possible. We do not have an exact ETA right now but we truly appreciate your patience. Thanks all."

I have completed the survey now. Those of you that had a problem with it can give it another try. Your previous answers should have been recorded already. So you should not have to do it all over again. Just make sure to open the link the same browser and on the same computer you used previously. You should be able to continue where you left off.
